IT Officer

Responsibilities:

·     Performtechnical support service of computer applications, hardware, software,networking, telecommunication systems and infrastructure IT support

·     Deliverquality IT services to back office and retail shop end-users;

·     Providegeneral support, maintain and implement operation systems and softwareapplication in various platforms

·     Providefirst tier technical support including troubleshooting, problem identification,resolution and escalation

·     Managefunctionally suppliers and on-site engineers to guarantee the quality of ITsolution

·     Report anddefine action plan to improve support performance

·     Liaise withvendors to maintain equipment and networking service in excellent conditions

·     Preparedocumentations such as user guide and daily reports

·     Otherad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

·     Diplomaholder in Information Technology Operations or related disciplines

·     5 years orabove working experience, preferably with retail experience

·     Detail-oriented,good analytical and problem-solving skills

·     Projectmanagement skill is an advantage

·     Goodinterpersonal & communication skills

·     Excellentboth in spoken and written English and Mandarin

·     Experiencein supporting retail environment but not limited to POS ,storesystems deployment and support


Human Resources & Administration Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

·     Responsiblefor all HR and Administration functions and focus on compensation &benefits policies, processes and initiatives, including but not limited tomonthly payroll, pension fund, Social Security Fund & taxation management,work injuries and staff medical claims

·     Responsiblefor all HR related reports

·     Manage newhires, termination, internal transfer related administration and processes.

·     Update andmaintain HR system & records including personnel file, leave record andsystem data in accurately

·     Participatein HR system and Time Attendance System implementation, testing and enhancementactivities

·     Preparevarious analysis reports for management review

·     Providesupport in salary and benefits benchmark surveys

·     Provideinternal and external audit support

·     Assist inother ad-hoc duties as assigned by department head

Job Requirements:

·     Degreeholder in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevantqualifications

·     Minimum 3years solidexperience in HRIS/payroll, benefit administration in sizeable organizations,preferably in retail industry

·     Well versedin Macao Employment Ordinance, Tax regulation, C&B and Social Security Fund

·     Hands onexperience in setup Payroll and HR systems

·     Able tohandle large volume headcounts (Over 200 headcounts)

·     Detail-orientedwith strong numerical sense and high accuracy

·     Self-motivated,fast-learner, proactive and strong time management skills

·     Able towork independently with minimal supervision and under tight schedule &pressure

·     Proficientin MS Office applications with excellent skill using Excel

·     Goodcommand of spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese and English


Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

·     Develop andexecute a strategic plan including PR, social media and other marketing relatedbusiness

·     Executeapproved Marketing activation, travel industry partnership programs, customerexperience, communication plan with elevated standards

·     Ownershipof division marketing calendar to provide updated and holistic view of allmarketing activities at all time (promotions, media, customer experiences,event pads, tour groups, brand launches, local partnership)

·     Supportcontent development and drive content synergy across all customer-facing touchpoints, from digital to offline

·     Responsiblefor content update in localized communication channels

·     Partnerwith VM team to assign messaging and space allocation required for marketingactivation

·     Managecreative adaptation, printing, local production with external agencies

·     Developstore briefs on marketing initiatives and ensure Operations Team is clear andfully engaged

Job Requirements:

·     BachelorDegree in Marketing, Business or equivalent preferred.

·     Strongorganization skills, attention to detail and accuracy

·     Goodproblem-solving skill and is able to work independently

·     Able towork under stringent deadlines and high pressure and be able to prioritize aheavy workload with multiple deadlines

·     Must have stronginterpersonal skills and be able to work well with personnel at various levels

·     5+ years inconsumer-focused marketing, preferably with travel retail background at manageriallevel

·     Proficiencyin MS Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), familiaritywith social media.

·     Fluentwritten and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
