IT Officer

Responsibilities:

• Perform technical support service of computer applications, hardware, software, networking, telecommunication systems and infrastructure IT support

• Deliver quality IT services to back office and retail shop end-users;

• Provide general support, maintain and implement operation systems and software application in various platforms

• Provide first tier technical support including troubleshooting, problem identification, resolution and escalation

• Manage functionally suppliers and on-site engineers to guarantee the quality of IT solution

• Report and define action plan to improve support performance

• Liaise with vendors to maintain equipment and networking service in excellent conditions

• Prepare documentations such as user guide and daily reports

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Information Technology Operations or related disciplines

• 5 years or above working experience, preferably with retail experience

• Detail-oriented, good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Project management skill is an advantage

• Good interpersonal & communication skills

• Excellent both in spoken and written English and Mandarin

• Experience in supporting retail environment but not limited to POS ,store systems deployment and support
