Savor the traditional tod man goong prawn cake in a superb way. Add a bit sweetness to go with the slightly spicy sauce for refreshing your tastebuds. Inspired by herbs of Thailand, craft a summer garden in a palette of vibrant colour.

冬阴功海鲜汤,虎虾

柠檬草,青柠,红鸟椒

“冬阴”意为酸辣,“功”即是大虾,主厨特别选用弹嫩的虎虾入馔,呈现这道经典泰国菜,馥郁扑鼻,酸辣开胃。


Tom yum means sour and spicy while gong means shrimp. Our chef selects giant prawn to make this classic Thai cuisine even more fragrant and tasteful.



5小时慢煮牛膝骨,玛莎曼咖喱

番薯,洋葱,花生,玉桂,八角,香叶

安雪莉出生于清迈一个擅长烹饪的家族,长期的耳濡目染让她自小就点燃了对烹饪的热情,且对各季食材有着独到的见解。大学期间修习英语专业的安雪莉,毕业后因为对烹饪的热爱,转而投身于厨师的工作,并先后在清迈文华东方酒店、清迈四季酒店以及一家瑞士私人酒店工作。


Anchalee Luadkham was born into a culinary family. She developed a passion for cooking at a young age and cultivated a sophisticated understanding of seasonal produce and ingredients. After graduating with a degree in English, Anchalee took her dream job and became a chef. Over the years, she has worked at the Mandarin Oriental Chiang Mai, Four Seasons Chiang Mai, and a boutique hotel in Switzerland.
